Wonderful beaches / water sports: Numerous wonderful beaches can be found in your proximity and the 'Sun-Splash-Waterpark' with many water slides is in distance of only 5 driving minutes from the house. You can book big and small motor and sailing boats locally in the Marinas or with my German administration. You do not need a boat licence in Florida! Waterski, surfing and sailboarding is possible without restrictions. You can rent the equipment locally with low costs!

Catering / restaurants: Due to the central location in the Southwest of the city you easily reach charming restaurants nearby (local and international cooking). A supermarket with bakery is just around the corner, as well as a petrol station. Guests do also like to use the local pizza service. Numerous pubs, bars and discotheques in Cape Coral and Fort Myers (description and map in the house) invite you for a stay.

Trips: The perfect location in the West of central Florida invites you to day trips! You reach the Everglades within 1.5, Tampa (Bush Gardens) in 2 and Miami in 2.5 hours. To Orlando (Disney World, Disney Studios, Universal Studios, Sea World) you drive about 3.5 hours. The oneiric islands Sanibel and Captiva are for American measures 'directly in front of the house', the fine sandy and long beach of Fort Myers is in only a few miles distance. The Miromar Outlets with over 120 shops are in only 20 driving minutes distance and the Sun-Splash-Waterpark as well as supermarkets can be reached within 3 to 5 minutes (by car).

Golf: In Cape Coral you find many public golf courses of international standard which can be easily reached depending on the location within 5-30 minutes by car.

Our holiday villa lies in wonderful position in the favoured Southwest of the city. The central and quiet position offers shopping possibilities nearby. You can reach restaurants in only a few minutes. In a driving distance of 20 minutes you reach the beach of Fort Myers, in 10 minutes you reach the sandy beach for Cape Coral. The holiday home can be reached easily with direct flights from different German airports. Destination is Fort Myers international airport (RSW), which is only 30 driving minutes from the house.
