Die große Villa liegt direkt am See, der mit vielen Kanälen verbunden ist.

Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder. Im Wohnzimmer und im Dan gibt es jeweils noch eine Ausziehcouch - es können sogar 12 Personen im Haus schlafen.

In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es verschiedene Golfplätze  - auch zur öffentlichen Nutzung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ohne Ende!

Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Straße und man kann sich entspannt  erholen! Wer Florida erforschen will, kann unzählige Ausflüge unternehmen.

"A beautiful, comfortable, and quiet home. Our group included five adults and two teen-age boys. Our purpose was to attend spring training games in Fort Myers. The house provided plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. The covered lenai area by the pool/spa was a wonderful place for us to eat breakfast and dinner - all dinners were grilled on the outside gas grill. There were sufficient chairs for everyone to sit around the large outside glass table along with two lounges to relax on and read while listening to the relaxing sound of the waterfall. Three doors open from the house onto the pool area, providing good access and helped to cool the house in the evening. We never had to run either the heat or the air-conditioning during our mid-March stay.
The master bathroom is very large with a walk-in closet, double sinks, a large jetted tub and a large shower with two shower heads.
The house has DISH satellite reception for the large flat screen TV in the living room, along with a CD/DVD player. It also has secure, wireless interent connection so we could sit poolside and read e-mails.
The kitchen has a large side-by-side refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee pot. The separate laundry room is between the door from the garage into the kitchen.
The area is extremely quiet. The house on the east was unoccupied while we were there, the lot on the west is vacant, there is a lake to the south (with a small dock and tiki) and the house is near the end of the street and three blocks from the nearest major road.
A very nice Publix grocery store is less than two miles away, and a Neighborhood Wal-Mart grocery is about a mile further - both very easy to access.
I would definitely recommend this home and hope to return again next year."
